What a beautiful time in a woman’s life when she is creating a new life. This snow maternity shoot Lake County was photographed during an atmospheric winter week. I had one beautiful day where it cleared enough for the shoot. These sessions are really fly by night and last minute because you can’t really plan the date because they are controlled by the weather. We found a beautiful walnut grove where the trees are bare but so dramatically artistic. When photographing a session such as this we only have a little bit of time since it is very cold. I used two locations so we warmed up before the second location. Total time of shoot less than 45 minutes. Maternity shoots are always majestic and intimate.

This photos shoot is near and dear to my heart since this pregnant young woman is my daughter. We can’t wait till miss Adelynne arrives in this world. This snow maternity shoot was dreamy and beautiful just like her. I am sharing a few more that are a little more revealing but I can’t share all because some of the shots were just a little too risque. I love doing maternity shots in nature where the new life comes together with a peaceful setting. As you can see this snow maternity shoot Lake County was just stunning and my daughter is beautiful.
