A beautiful grove of pine trees make such a pituresque landscape for Lake county engagement photos. I am photographing this sweet couple’s wedding in October! The secret to being a professional portrait and wedding photographer is to make each couple, person or family feel comfortable in front of the camera. This couple was actually very shy. They had never done any professional photos together. I have been taking photos of my clients for over 25 years and I am very comfortable making my couples relax in front of the camera. I always make sure to get their love story out in the open and make the photos really capture the essence of their relationship.
Capturing the couples relationship personality is what I do. How am I able to do this? Sometimes I sit down and talk a bit with my couples before the photo shoot. I usually talk a lot (haha) so it is easy to get on a subject we both can relate to. I love to make my couples relax and laugh. Laughter is good for the soul and we all need a little more of it! I also have no problem helping my couples pose plus give them ideas for the photo shoots! It can be a place, a theme or something they both do together, that can make them relax. This was a fun shoot and I felt I captured the essence of the couple with these Lake County engagement photos.
